About The Hotel
Kilfinan Hotel is a 300‑year-old former coaching inn located in the hamlet of Kilfinan, on the shores of Loch Fyne — a tranquil, scenic setting on the Cowal Peninsula, just a few miles northwest of Tighnabruaich.
The hotel features around ten (or 11) comfortable ensuite rooms, a welcoming bar & lounge, a restaurant serving locally inspired cuisine, a terrace with sea views, and a function room for up to 50 guests.
Guests appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, warm hospitality, and natural beauty of the location — making the hotel a favourite for nature‑loving travellers and those seeking a peaceful retreat.
What We’re Looking For
We seek dedicated individuals — whether experienced hoteliers or talented “underdog” entrepreneurs — who see the potential in Kilfinan Hotel and are eager to:
Manage day‑to‑day operations.
Run the bar, restaurant, and food service.
Develop and promote events or activities.
Enhance the hotel's charm and guest experience.
Work hands‑on in a small, independent setting.
